A prominent medical group made a major change to its breast cancer screening guidance. Most women should start receiving mammograms for breast cancer screening every other year beginning at age 40, according to new draft guidance  by the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF), an independent panel of medical experts that evaluates preventive medical services.
